♦Technical Data
1. Recommended thinner – portable water
2. Recommended surfaces – sand / cement plaster surface, asbestos, brickwork, concrete block
and fiberboard.
3. Method of application – brush, roller or spray
4. Dilution ratio – for brush application 500ml of water/ltr of emulsion. (in case of dark shade bases,
no dilution is advised to ensure proper colour depth.
5. Number of coats required – apply 2 coats of ULTIMATE Exterior emulsion for re-painting provided
the colour is same. For fresh painting it is advisable to give 3 coats for rich look.
6. Drying time – 20-30 minutes depending on weather conditions.
7. Gloss level – semi gloss
8. Fire hazard class – non-ammable
9. Pot life of thinned material – overnight
10. Density – depends on the bases
♦Direction for use
Surface preparation:
for fresh/ new surfaces, sand the surface with emery paper no. 80 and wipe clean.
Apply the first coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Smoothen the surface by applying thin
coats of putty to wall in all the dents.
Allow the putty to dry overnight. Sand the surface with emery paper no. 150 and wipe clean.
Apply the second coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Sand the surface with emery
paper no 220 and wipe clean.
For previously painted surfaces: strip all the old paint and remove all the loose particles before
starting the above process.
Directions for application: dilute the paint as per the recommended dilution ratio. Apply the first
finishing coat and allow it to dry for at least 6 to 8 hours. After the first coat dries, apply the second
coat and allow it dry overnight.
